"In The Crust We Trust" this Thin Crust Pizza

"In The Crust We Trust"
Thin Pizza Crust

INGREDIENTS : 

171 grams (3/4 cup) warm water
3 grams (1/4 tsp) honey (or sugar)
7 grams (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast/pizza yeast 1 package
210 grams (1 3/4) cups flour
13 grams (1 tbsp) cannabis infused olive oil
1/2 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS :

Pour yeast in warm water and honey for 8-10 minutes or until foamy , dust flour with your hands.

Add remaining ingredients together - knead well - about 2 minutes.

Separate in 2 balls - dust counter with flour and roll until desired thickness 

*if dough is sticky , dust hands with flour and knead again.

Dust pan with cornmeal (sea salt if desired) and prick with flour to get rid of dough bubbles.

Bake crust for approximately 4 minutes and take out and top with marinara  sauce and desired toppings.

Bake for additional 4 to 5 until nice and brown and cheese is melted.
